If you are a Muslim woman and: - you don't have children - u will take 25% of your husband's fortune. - if you have a girl - u will take 1/8 and the girl 50% of the wealth - if you have a boy - u will get 1/8, your father-in-law 1/6, your mother-in-law 1/6 and your son will take everything else remaining - if you have boys and girls - u will take 1/8,your father-in-law 1/6, your mother-in-law 1/6 and and the remaining fortune is divided among children, boys taking double than the girls. If you are a Christian woman - you can not inherit your Muslim husband, and he can not inherit you, also your Muslim children can not inherit you, because the Muslim cannot leave anything to the non-Muslim nor the non-Muslim to the Muslim, whether through parenthood or marriage, due to the Prophet's sayings: "The Muslim does not leave anything to the non-Muslim nor the non-Muslim to the Muslim" [narrated by Bukhari and Muslim], and "The people of two different religious communities inherit nothing from each other" [narrated by Tirmidhi, Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah;
