In the matter of animal rights

, the following Articles of Law apply: Article 354 Whoever breaks, or destroys for another party, some of the Agricultural machines, cattle barns or folds and watchmen shacks, shall be punished for a period not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding 200 pounds Article 355 Shall lie punished with Penal Servitude: First: whoever unjustifiably kills a beast of the riding, drawing or carrying animals, or any kind of cattle or cause enormous harm to it Second: Whoever poisons a beast of the animals mentioned in the previous clause or fish that exists in a river, canal, puddle ,swamp or basin. Felons may be placed on parole by police for a period of at least one years and at most two years. Any attempts of the foregoing crimes shall be punished with penal servitude for a period of not more than one year or a fine of not more than 200 pounds. Article 356 If the crimes prescribed in the previous Article are committed at night the inflicted penalty shall be that of hard labour, or imprisonment for a period of three to seven years. Article 357 A penalty of detention for a period not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding 200 pounds shall be inflicted on whoever willfully, unjustifiably kills or poisons one of the tame animals other than those mentioned in Article 355, or causes a grievous harm to it:
